La Perla Verde: San Juan's Art District Retreats

I needed last minute and glad I found this ! it was clean ,comfortable, and quiet . The hosts were quick to respond and answer any questions. The area is also walkable to stores and restaurants

Due to an unforeseen situation I needed somewhere to stay super last minute and Yohance & Jade came through. They were so gracious and helpful, I can’t thank them enough! As a solo female traveler, I felt 100% safe and comfortable. Will absolutely be back for a longer visit!

Yohance was a wonderful host, very communicative even before our trip and was very flexible to our needs! Their home was beautiful and easily accommodate our large group! The location was perfect for our needs, everything was within a 15 minute walking distance and any locations we wanted to see were never more than a 20 minute uber (at most) away. Would highly recommend!

The place was clean, beautiful, spacious, and just all around great. Excellent WIFI connection, hot water with great water pressure and a clean and working washing machine! Yohance was responsive and an amazing host. We were walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Felt safe at all times. Definitely will stay here again next time we are in Puerto Rico.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood was peaceful and safe — I left my rental car parked on the street the entire time and had no issues at all, which gave me real peace of mind. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. But what really made the experience special was the host — incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always quick to respond. I felt truly welcomed and cared for. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

My stay in Puerto Rico was absolutely incredible, and this Airbnb played a huge role in making it feel that way. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The space was not only clean and beautifully designed, but it also had a warm and welcoming energy that made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The host went above and beyond—responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to find someone so attentive who truly cares about their guests’ experience. Everything I needed was either already there or quickly provided. This was easily one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, style, and a host who treats you like more than just a guest, look no further. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had such a great time at this BNB. The place was super spacious, clean, and really comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring. The hosts were awesome—super respectful and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. It felt like they genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience and we'd definitely stay here again next time we're in San Juan!

Me and my family loved it! Kids felt right at home and this is rare for them to feel like that. The parking they provided was great. I didn’t have to look for parking on the street so if you are planning to book the place get the parking as well. The beds were super comfortable and all the rooms and living room have A/C. Shower had hot water which the kids loved as well and it had a lot of room in the living room for them to play around. Can’t wait to book again in the future next time I come.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was generous and easily accommodated our group of 11. The beach was just a short Uber or scooter ride away, making it perfect for our needs. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, sending detailed house rules beforehand and checking in with us to make sure everything was to our liking. The cleanliness of the place was also top-notch. One thing I noticed was that the hot water held up EXTREMELY well even after multiple showers, which was GREAT for our large group!! Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend!2

Great and safe place. Host communicated very well actually. I already had a Airbnb rebooked for my next day stay but if I could’ve gotten my money back I would’ve stayed again. Area was great to walk in late at night. A lot of recommendations provided. Thank you so much for all your help!
